Christ’s act of redemption does not end with the forgiveness of my sins. That is the starting point. It is complete when my heart is changed and willing to forgive and serve those who I feel have wronged me. Then, I am happy.

Avoiding temptation is less than half the battle. Doing what is right is what makes one whole. Do not settle for doing everything that is asked, also complete that which is missing. Having love as the motivation of all of your actions and you will share God’s happiness.
