My way ain’t the best way

It is too easy, and common, for us to think that our way is the only way, or the best way.
When someone does or thinks something that is different we question and at times we become condescending.
Since our way is the only way the approach that God wants us to take presents a crisis of sorts.
Instead of trusting and having confidence in Him, we question and doubt.
Instead of exercising our faith, we grumble, complain and become condescending.
But these are the moments in which we need to exercise our faith most.
Because we do not understand.
Because it is different that our way.
We need to be humble and recognize that perhaps there is another way.

Lord, help me to humble. Help me to accept your way as the way. Even when you introduce me to something that I do not fully understand, help me to believe so that I may better understand. I want to grow in my faith, but I realize that to do so, I must be humble.
