Dear Lord, I turn my will and my life over to you. Please grant me the discipline of self-sacrifice so that I may be relieved of the bondage to self.
There is no gift from God meant just for you. The gifts God had graced you with are to be given away. What have you received that you need to now give away?
Sin corrodes love and breeds selfishness Defining freedom as license to do whatever we want enables us to become slaves to our passions Be free to say no to sin Be a slave to Gos’s will Be supremely happy

Everyone is passionately fond of having freedom yet, there is one thing they will all sacrifice freedom for: happiness. People will become slaves (addicted) to almost anything in search of happiness. Simply put, there are two ways to respond to this paradox (becoming a slave to be happy): 1) Indulging in the pleasures of the world
